All EMERGE tickets are non-refundable. This is stated in the Terms and Conditions.

If you cannot join the event due to any circumstances, you may transfer your ticket to your colleague/friend/someone else.

Clothe yourself in a way that makes you feel comfortable. The conference does not have a strict dress code.

All ticket holders will get access to the PINE app a few days before the conference. There you will be able to view the list of participants, make appointments, find the location map and much more.
