For Business Owners, Heads of Departments, Managers. For those who wish to improve the ability to negotiate effectively and create more value in negotiation with various target groups: colleagues, partners, customers, investors, etc.
The workshop is created to address key issues that you experience as a negotiator. You will learn how to deal with the challenges faced during the negotiation process — ranging from conflicting interests, multi-party to dealing with difficult behaviours. At the end of the day, you will be familiar with proven strategies for overcoming these challenges.

Format

To deliver a personalized learning experience the number of workshop participants is limited up to 60 participants.

The intensive 1-day programme (09:00–21:00, 2 June) programme features
3–4 simulations starting from two-party negotiations to multiparty negotiations. As a participant, you will receive and give feedback about each other's negotiation skills and techniques.
