UPD: COVID-19 STATEMENT

Dear friends,

Our team keeps full attention of the COVID-19 situation and the guidelines published by the public health organisations and government authorities. However, we would like to inform you that we  DO NOT plan to cancel EMERGE in Minsk, Belarus, this year.

EMERGE online experience

Our top priority is the safety of our attendees, therefore, we decided to transform our event into online experience. We are releasing our new format in detail next week together with our first batch of awesome speakers joining this digital adventure.

Tickets

All purchased tickets will be automatically converted to the Online Ticket with the same ticket type and benefits. Together with PRO, VENTURE and STARTUP passes, we offer a FESTIVAL ticket which allows to attend only FUTURE stage and virtual side events free of charge. Early Bird tickets will go on sale on 31 March.

Due to the limited online experience comparing with the original offline event, the new tickets that go on sale will be cheaper. So we will refund the difference in what your paid and the new price.

Alternative options:
  • Get additional Online Tickets (free of charge);
  • Swap your ticket for EMERGE 2021;
  • Transfer your ticket to someone else.

Currently all refunds are subject to our Terms & Conditions. However, we are going to be flexible during these turbulent times, and ready to review refund requests on an individual basis even if they fall outside our standard refund policy.

Other events

EMERGE was scheduled in two other locations in March. We are sorry to inform you that our London event is cancelled due to the current COVID-19 situation in the UK and companies' policies on banned international business trips for their employees.
