Building a pipeline of growth experiments
This talk begins with an outline of the different stages and the minimum prerequisites, which a company needs to cover on its path to growth (PMF, PCF, Unit Economics). It then moves into more practical waters, suggesting a framework for building and running an internal growth team, defining the metrics and the growth equation, ideating, building, and maintaining a pipeline of growth experiments.

Alexander Sumin is a co-founder and runs growth at ClaimCompass. Along with his team, he has taken the company from $0 to $1M in revenues in under 3 years. ClaimCompass is backed by Silicon Valley VCs, including 500 Startups, Social Capital, Hustle Fund, and others. Prior to ClaimCompass, Alex did customer acquisition for a leading chartered airline in Montreal, worked at a Marketing and PR agency in Berlin, as well as an analyst for the Canadian Federal Government. He's also held advisory roles for a couple of startups and mentors early-stage companies at the Founders Institute.
